Lodging
Three hotels have given the conference special rates if reservations are made by the date shown under the “Critical Dates” section. The rates shown below do not include taxes or amenities that can add an additional 5-10% or more to the rate. Lodging is not handled by the Conference; it is handled by the individual hotels. None of the hotels accept wire transfers directly and special arrangements are needed as described below.
There are two ways to register for lodging.
1. Complete the downloadable form specifying your choices and include a credit card number to guarantee payment and email or fax the completed form to the hotel directly

2. Participants who must use a wire transfer service should check the box on the hotel lodging form and send it to the hotel property without a wire transfer. We have made arrangements with the hotel properties to honor your room reservation. However, payment in full in US Dollars is due upon check-in at the hotel.
